Ruffled Blog-Travel Wedding-Project & My Travels~Rachel Holbert Jones Page, Sunset SC #Ravenblackheartllc

UPDATE: This was posted many years ago on a Life Blog I had and for some reason I transferred it to my Wordpress blog because I was trying to add more content and be approved for their advertising program but as soon as I purchased a domain and a subscription I was automatically approved but I had quite a few articles. Many of those articles don't belong there because it's strictly a haunted blog hence the beginning paragraph. But I'm not inclined to make that blog a big mashup which it is/was turning in to. I'm moving a number of posts to here.

When I first posted this I was going through some phase where I was following a number of different bloggers. They were all in the top 100, top 50 or top 10 most popular blogs on the internet. Mind you, this was back in 2012 or 2013 so who knows if they are still just as popular. Nonetheless, this was a popular blogger I was following at the time.

Originally posted in 2013...........I know this has nothing to do with van life, living in a car or even haunted, abandoned places but it what part of what happens when you've been in your car/van too long. Right now, I'm taking care of my aunt so this might just be it.

Whimsical Travel Wedding is the actual post and I could have chosen any article on the blog. This was written on January 9, 2013 and moved from another blog when I was going through my "find the best blogs out there", the "top 100 blogs" and the "best bloggers." I'm not sure why I took on this project but I concentrated on it for awhile. I was already working as a real estate consultant/scout and traveling a lot. I was most likely at home since it was winter time. When I first started working for my uncle and his real estate business partners I rarely worked in the winter which freed me up to travel during the winter months to Georgia and South Carolina although back then I was also going to Arizona, Nevada and California during the coldest months. I found California to be much cooler than I expected it to be but I traveled through parts of northern California too. Nevada wasn't too bad and Arizona was nice. In fact, Yuma was hot even in February. One time when I was there it was 90 degrees. It was so hot I went to a 99 cent store and bought three or four short sleeved shirts. I had tank tops because I wear them underneath short sleeve tops in the summer and long sleeve blouses in the winter. But I wanted some T-Shirts and the 99 cent store was the perfect place to buy them. Here's a link to Bohemian Weddings which is on the same blog.

As for why I chose this blog as part of my top blog project. It probably ranked very highly on google. It also had a lot of pictures and I like photography blogs. I started my blog project when I was at home but when I was on the road and stuck in towns for days at a time or even weeks and wasn't traveling I would spend large amounts of time on my blog. This accounts for the big lapses I had in writing anything and even if my advertiser account hadn't been hacked essentially forcing me to create a new blog I probably still would have done so because I lost most of my traffic on that blog and I had created another blog on a domain I bought a few years ago until work got in the way and I had to give it up and lost all of the content on that blog. This time I made some changes and will go over it another blog.

This blog project could also be a part of my, "this is what happens when you're in your car too long", that is van life, living in a car, out in the middle of nowhere living in a cabin without anything to do but if some of the YouTubers I see living in cabins are any indication there's plenty to do living off the grid, etc. I have a blog dedicated to "when you're in your car too long" but I'll probably never do much with it because I don't have time and this partly why I combining more on this blog than I should.

Posted on January 9, 2013.......I just found this cool wedding blog with lots of photos. I'm more likely to link to someone if I see cool photos however I often link to bloggers that have articles too and there are a lot of bloggers out there writing some really good articles/posts.
Until I started this project I would never have known about all the cool bloggers out there.

I'm glad now I started the blog project because it has opened my eyes to all I was missing in the blogosphere.
Before, I wrote mostly about myself and occasionally when I read an article that motivated me I would write about it but usually I would write a full length article with nothing personal(it's not really allowed on writing sites) and put it on HubPages where I write the most. It never made it to my blog. In fact, I took down the articles I had on my blog because they're also on HubPages and there's no sense in having the same article in two different places on the internet. Google will penalize you for this.

As with all the blogs I'm reviewing I will have to go back and look more closely. Today is not that day. I have too many other things that need to be done.
My conundrum will be whether to put it in under wedding blogs or photography blogs......

As it turned out it's here on photography slash van life.

Update: On my living situation, I'm soon going to be in Sunset, South Carolina on Lake Keowee. Before this and currently, I still call Iva, SC home and Hartwell, Georgia home part of the time. I was living at the Hartwell marina on Lake Hartwell but they don't allow liveaboards. I was living on my boyfriend's boat and have posted more at length on other posts so I'm not going into detail here. But soon, within a month or two I'll be full time at Lake Keowee repairing and fixing a rundown 1981 Yukon Delta 28 that Malachi bought. For free room and board I get the job of fixing it. I'm now living in my car full time. I'm no longer part time as I was before, when I originally posted this article. I've also started work at two new businesses: Raven Blackheart LLC and Xie Qi LLC. #ravenblackheartllc #ravenblackbeardllc #xieqillc
