Moving To Lake Keowee On A Rundown Boat To Avoid Sleeping In My Car~Rachel Holbert-Jones Page #Ravenblackheartllc

I shared in the last post about moving to Lake Keowee, which won't be for a few months. The marina doesn't turn on the water until April and first I have to clean the boat and do some work to it before I can live on it and I may decide that I don't want to do this work during the summer when it's hot and humid. I may decide I'd rather work on it when it gets cooler. Either way, it needs a lot of work and I'm basically doing this work for free and not paying rent so I have a place to live rather than living in my car. I'm not sure exactly how much work this boat will need before I can move on to it. Malachi said I can probably move on it as it sits right now, after I clean it but I'd rather see what it needs before jumping head first. I don't want to realize I can't live on it until after a bunch of work is done and end up back in my car so I'm going to take it slow, figure out what needs to be done and take it from there. I'm not looking ...

Moving To Lake Keowee, South Carolina~Rachel Xie Qi Holbert-Jones Blackheart (RavenBlackHeart)

I posted about this briefly in another post but now it's official. Malachi (my boyfriend) is allowing me to move to a marina on Lake Keowee where he has another boat docked, It's not in the greatest shape. As a matter of fact, it needs a lot of work and I guess I'm going to get the job of doing that work. It works out great for Malachi, he gets free work and I get free room and board but considering how bad the boat is, no one would rent it. As a matter of fact, I don't know if you could pay anyone to live on it as it sits right now. First, I'll need to clean it and when I do that I will stay at a motel for a few days because I'll practically have to. I'll be dirty and I'll want a bed to sleep in. After, I'm done cleaning I may not move in right away because it really is in bad shape and I would like to get some work done and make sure it's seaworthy before spending a night in it. This is not really what I intended, the boat at Lake Hartwell is ...

Update: Living in a Car-Rachel Holbert-Jones Page, Sunset SC #Ravenblackheartllc

Update: Living in a Car~Xie Qi Page, Iva-Keowee SC I posted this on my Medium blog but not all posts are one hundred percent accessible unless you pay for a membership there so I'm posting it here too. I want post it on wordpress but I will post the update on my next post. I went into the many campgrounds that we have tried or intend to try as it gets warmer. I'm not sure if the links will work, if they don't I will come back later and write another post where I make sure the links work. It's just that it's getting late and I need to eat and leave this Starbucks I'm at. It’s been awhile since I posted here. Honestly, I’ve been so busy with work and litigation that I’ve had no time to post here. Plus, I’ve been updating my other two blogs at wordpress and blogger and have a long way to go yet to have them complete. My partner and I have been officially homeless since November 13, 2023. He was evicted as part of this litigation that I’m not going into here. Previo...

Starbucks Blocking Outlets-Rachel Holbert-Jones Page (RavenBlackHeartLLC), Sunset SC

Today I walk into a Starbucks that's inside an Ingles Markets and they have blocked all of the outlets so you can't plug a device in. I was organizing some stuff inside my car and didn't come in right away and by the time I went inside my partner said they aren't being too customer friendly here. This has never been one of our favorite stores. I don't know if this some corporate thing with the store or it was the manager at this particular store. Either way, it isn't very customer service oriented by businesses are always looking to cut the bottom line and put more money in the CEO's and shareholder's pockets without regards to the employees, customers or anyone else. One of the employees at one of the other stores we frequent said there was a lot of drama going on at that store. As for this store, they glued the covers over the outlet which turns out not to be extremely difficult to get off. I can't get them off but some people can. My partner did ...

Facing Homelessness & Embracing Change~Rachel Holbert-Jones Page, Sunset SC #Ravenblackheartllc

This is one of those posts I started on another blog but never wrote. It was an idea that never took off. It's also old because I'm no longer facing homelessness, I am homeless. I'm living in my car currently and posting on YouTube and blogging when I'm not handling an appeal (we are in the middle of litigation and it is now in the appeals process and I have upcoming motions in a couple of months). I've settled into a pretty nice routine with my partner who is homeless with me. We have separate vehicles. I could go into the why of how I became homeless but I'm not going to because it's a moot point at this point in time. I'm here and can't turn back, I (we) can only go forward. Right now, our biggest concern is keeping our vehicles running so we have a place to stay. At the bottom of my posts I give a more detailed account of the reason for the homelessness. I also talk about living on my boyfriend's boat on Lake Hartwell (and I'm not going ...

The Orange Wrench Light Came On In My Car Indicating a Transmission Issue-Rachel Holbert-Jones, Sunset SC

Update: February 26, 2024.......... Moving this post from one blog to another yesterday and thought I'd lost the post entirely and started posting a new one. Most of the information is on the video. I'm so glad I found the post and it wasn't deleted/erased like I thought. Unlike that sock I lost last week at the laundromat. That was a first. I've been to many laundry's while traveling and haven't lost a sock so last week was a first. Jeff told me to throw it away but I'm keeping it so if I lose another sock then I'll have a pair. I'm also still on the veggie kicks but sometimes I eat turkey like I did today but instead of getting potato chips like I usually do, I had the produce department slice me a jazz apple. It was good. And I'll still have half the sub sandwich and three slices of apple for later.  For the most important information, the dealership fixed the car. It was a bad throttle body and the transmission fluid was dirty even though it ...

First Night of Real Homelessness-Rachel Holbert-Jones, Sunset SC #Ravenblackheartllc

Hello and welcome to my next post where I talk about my (well our) first night of homelessness. That would be my ex husband and I. Due to unforeseen circumstances we lost our house. We are now in litigation over it. But first.....let me say I'm very far behind. We first became homeless on November 13, 2023 and it is now February. I've been so busy with the litigation that I haven't created any new videos or posts. I posted one thing having to do with work on my blog at  Diverse and Wickedly Crazed Diary . I have a ton of posts in draft there that I created the year I took off while my driver license was suspended and haven't posted much since even though I have a couple hundred posts ready to be posted. I noticed some of my pictures that I linked from on google photos got deleted and I need to post them directly on wordpress which, by the way, I really like.  This brings me to today, this morning I checked my YouTube channel which I've also neglected because of the ...
